For the 3rd year running, the Institut Charles Gerhardt Montpellier (ICGM) took part in En Quête de Sciences au CNRS (EQDS), organized by the Délégation Régionale Occitanie-Est du CNRS as part of the Fête de la Science 2024.
This year, the ICGM welcomed nearly 80 students and members of the general public to its premises. The scientists were able to take them behind the scenes of a materials chemistry research laboratory through several workshops such as Synthesis and adsorption of dyes on alginate gels; Air chemistry; Mechanochemistry; and 3D printing
ICGM would like to thank the scientists who once again rallied round this year to promote science and encourage the sharing of knowledge with students and the general public. We look forward to seeing you in 2025 !
