ICGM email signatures are carried out automatically.
Please complete the email signature form , making sure to complete the following information:
- Function
- Logo to display
- Address in drop-down menu
- Building
- Mail Box (CC)
Note: most of the information on your Business Card is extracted from the ICGM directory. If there is an error when generating your business card, be sure to update your information in the Fusion Directory with the institute's HR department.
integration:
Once your email signature is generated, a link will offer you to download it in html format. You can then save it in your computer to integrate it into your email software.
