Welcome booklet
The welcome booklet is given to each newcomer to the ICGM, regardless of status, in electronic form on a USB key.
It contains all the necessary information for new entrants:
- Documents related to research obligations (CNRS fixed-term contract charter, Charters and guides concerning ethics and scientific integrity)
- Documents concerning IT security (IT charters of guardianships, GDPR information notice)
- Health and Safety documents (Health and Safety Charters of the three guardianships)
- Documents related to the ICGM (ICGM rules of procedure, Mission order request form, French and English Purchase Request Operating Procedure, Graphic Charter and Unit Communication Pack)
