The Physical Measurements Laboratory of the University of Montpellier is a service laboratory whose mission is to provide physico-chemical analyses at the request of researchers from academic or private research. This platform is an integral part of the Chemistry Analysis and Characterization (PAC) platform.
The analytical equipment, grouped within 3 departments (Liquid Nuclear Magnetic Resonance / Mass Spectrometry / Elementary Analyses), provides access to the structural identification and analysis of organic molecules, whether they are derived from synthesis or present in biological environments.
The laboratory thus has skills and know-how in the analysis of organic molecules and macromolecules, and depending on the level of information required, the detection, identification and structural characterization of molecules of interest from samples of chemical or biological origin.
