The Information Systems Department (ISS) of the unit has set up a HelpDesk to make different categories of tickets: purchase of computer hardware, internal web applications, scientific computing, software installation request, printing, computer problem: hardware or software, network.
Among these categories, a few items offer forms to facilitate the creation of the application.
Logging in to this tool requires the use of Fusion Directory credentials.
Tickets will be received and processed directly by the ISS. We thank you for using this tool exclusively for all your computer requests.
